Aspen A128S Solid Top Dreadnought Martin D-28 Copy


This Aspen A128S Solid Top is a made in Japan Martin D28 Copy from the 1980's. Aspen was dedicated to building high quality copies of upper end guitars, ultimately being sued by Martin for copyright infringement. This guitar features good playability, low action, and accurate intonation throughout the range.


This guitar is in very good condition with minimal fret wear, has an adjustable truss rod and solid bridge and saddle.  Attractive wood grain on the top and sides. Schaller tuners, Bone nut, bone bridge saddle and good construction.  The sound quality of this guitar is comparable to a Martin D-28 with good volume and projection. There are the normal nicks and dings that would be common for a guitar of this age.
