Aspen A-118S Deadnought

These Aspen Dreadnoughts were built from 1987 to 1991.  Built during the Martin "Lawsuit" period, it is essentially a Japanese copy of a MartinD-18.  The sound out of this guitar is clear and loud with good intonation.  The Aspen craftsman were dedicated to accurately copying high quality guitars such as Martin D-18s, and were taken to court for doing so. This is a very high quality guitar for a reasonable price, excellent for both experienced players and newer guitarists.
